While Akhil Akkineni said "Hello" in style, it barely worked in his favour as the timing was all wrong.
Poor planning has taken the sheen off Akhil Akkineni's second film being directed by "Manam" fame Vikram Kumar.
No particular occasion was chosen to announce the title and releasing the first-look poster of the much-awaited film.
Though Akhil's dad Nagarjuna who is also producing the film did create enough buzz around the film on social media, the exact timing went awry.
The title was announced late in the day on August 21 and since Chiranjeevi's motion poster of "Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy" was released today on the occasion of megastar's birthday, that has become the hot topic of conversation among film circles.
This impacted Akhil's "Hello" which failed to trend for more than 12 hours on social media. Well, so much for the hype and hoopla.
Usually, it is a norm for stars to release the first look or make title announcements on special occasions like birthdays or festivals.
Though Nagarjuna's birthday is just round the corner (August 29), he chose to release it on August 21.
