Rising South Indian actress Sreeleela, who is set to make her Bollywood debut opposite Kartik Aaryan in Aashiqui 3, has reportedly accepted a lower fee for the project.
According to Bollywood media reports, she is being paid around ₹2 crore for the role — less than the ₹3 crore she earned for her recent Telugu film Robinhood.
Sreeleela shot to national fame after her fiery item number “Kissik” in Pushpa: The Rule, which expanded her popularity beyond the Telugu industry.
Having worked alongside major stars like Mahesh Babu and Ravi Teja, she soon began attracting offers from both Kollywood and Bollywood.
Ultimately, she chose Aashiqui 3 for its iconic romantic legacy and celebrated music.
By stepping into Hindi cinema, Sreeleela joins the league of actresses like Samantha, Rashmika Mandanna, and Keerthy Suresh who have successfully ventured into Bollywood from the South.
