Sumanth Prabhas’s upcoming film Godari Gattupaina has locked its release date. Co-starring Nidhi Pradeep, the movie is set to hit theatres on May 8th, right in the middle of the summer season.
It’s a strategically chosen date, as schools and colleges will begin their summer break by then, giving the film the advantage of a long holiday window.
The release-date poster features Nidhi in a white bridal gown, her expression tense and uncertain, as though caught between two difficult choices.
To her left stands Sumanth in casual attire, looking slightly away with a conflicted expression. To her right, Jagapathi Babu appears in a serious, almost stern mood as he looks toward her.
Directed by debutant Subash Chandra and produced by Red Puppet Productions, Godari Gattupaina is billed as a rustic, emotional, and rooted love story.
The film has already created a positive impression with its songs and glimpse, and the team is gearing up to unveil more promotional content in the coming days.
