Actor Kiran Abbavaram seems to be planning his next move carefully after scoring two back to back festive hits.
Industry buzz suggests that his upcoming project is tentatively titled Reality.
The film is expected to be produced under the banner of Joy Films and interestingly, Kiran Abbavaram himself is likely to direct the project.
Sources say the team is targeting a release during Diwali this year.
The festival slot appears to have worked well for the actor in the past. His films KA in 2024 and K-Ramp in 2025 were released during the same festive season and performed well at the box office.
Meanwhile, the search for the female lead is still underway. Initially, the team considered Manasa Varanasi for the role.
However, there are now discussions about casting someone else, as the makers reportedly want a heroine with a slightly more mass oriented screen presence.
Industry insiders say the final decision may be taken soon.
