Producers' Moral Science Class To Hero's Manager

Producers' Moral Science Class To Hero's Manager

The contribution of managers in securing projects for heroes is not insignificant, nor is it excessive. Their involvement plays a crucial role as heroes rely on their managers to help them make decisions about which stories to take on and which producers to work with.

Although heroes are quite savvy in their own right, they still require a certain level of guidance and support from their managers.

Recent criticism of a Tollywood manager has raised concerns about their tactics in selecting film projects.

Allegations have surfaced that this manager tends to favor certain producers and banners over others, leading to a divide in the market for mid-range or low-budget heroes.

Producing a film within a reasonable budget is essential for securing a profit, regardless of how excellent the project is.

In some cases, a film can elevate both the hero and the producer, but there have been instances where the producer is left with little to show for it.

The hero in discussion here received praise for his recent film, but unfortunately, the producer failed to turn a profit. Although the hero is set to star in another good film, the producer remains uncertain about their chances of earning a profit.

On the other hand, the hero has also signed on for two other projects with different banners, which are expected to generate profits due to their reasonable budgets.

Amidst all of this, some producers have voiced their concerns to the hero's manager. They allege that the manager is showing favoritism towards certain producers who have profitable projects while ignoring others with less successful ones.

They say that a manager should work towards the benefit of both the hero and the producer, rather than solely focusing on the hero's prosperity.
