Trending: Half-Printed Resume Goes Viral

A job applicant’s unconventional resume has taken the internet by storm, thanks to its clever twist and minimalist approach.

Shared on Reddit’s r/recruitinghell subreddit, the resume was only half-printed and featured a witty one-liner at the center of the page: “Hire me to unlock my full potential.”

Instead of listing qualifications or work experience, the top portion included only a cropped photo and a generic career objective: “To be part of your company wherein I can enhance my skills and gain more knowledge as well as develop my personality as a career person.”

The bottom half of the page was left blank — except for the eye-catching tagline.

Reddit users were quick to applaud the creative stunt.

One joked, “Recruiter response: full resume review for only $99. One-line review completed. Thank you.” Another quipped, “Looks like the printer paused for payment mid-print.”

While some took it as a lighthearted prank, others saw genuine brilliance.

“This is one of the most clever things I’ve seen in ages,” wrote a user. Another added, “If I were a recruiter, I’d definitely call for an interview. Maybe not hire — but you’d get a foot in the door, no doubt.”

Whether a bold marketing move or a fortunate printing mishap, the half-resume made its mark — blending humor with just enough intrigue to capture attention worldwide.
