Why Can't He Question Modi Directly?

In his 'press meet' yesterday, Pawan Kalyan at many times during the course of his speech revealed that he had spoken to Narendra Modi directly on some issues affecting the both States.

He also criticized the Seemandhra MP’s for not fighting for the rights of Andhra Pradesh and instead focusing on their own business interests.

Pawan is right on this count. But at the same time, when he has the clout to be able to talk to Modi directly, why did he not make a direct appeal to Modi asking him to honor the BJP’s promise of special status to AP?

Or did he actually ask Modi and receive some kind of an answer? Seemandhra MP’s are selfish and AP knows that now, but what is preventing Pawan Kalyan in his capacity as ‘Jana Sena’ founder, to question Modi directly over the failure to do justice to AP?
