Despite so many people against Chandrababu Naidu inviting KCR to the foundation ceremony at Amaravathi, it could be understood as an act in keeping with the dignity of the CM’s chair, a professional courtesy and nothing more.
But what left one dumbfounded was the row of KCR flexis donning the route to the function from Vijayawada.
The flexis were put up by the TDP and what’s more, their cadre was allegedly instructed to clap at each and every word of KCR.
From an Andhra perspective, here was a man who had used the most derogatory terms against them for the better part of a decade, the man who was primarily responsible for Andhras being subjected to severe injustice.
KCR should be treated with respect once he has been invited, but flexis of him in Vijayawada and Andhra? What for? Just to get out of the cash-for-vote scam?
Post bifurcation, the day KCR set foot on Andhra soil is the day Andhra pride died! And we have Chandrababu and TDP to thank for it!
