“Since there are demands from other states apart from objections raised by the Finance Commission, the Niti Aayog is looking into the issue of giving special status to AP,” said Venkayya Naidu.
He spoke to the media while flying kites in Vizag for Sankranthi and once again appreciated Chandrababu Naidu’s efforts to develop the state.
There are only three more years to go until the next election. Then on the eve of elections, he would probably get up in Parliament and announce a special status package for AP again.
