Opportunity knocks our door only once though they are plenty in this vast world. Only few of us are ready to grab that in our life and Vijay Devarakonda, the new found handsome and talented young guy is setting the new standards for himself after doing Doodh Kasi guy Rishi in Yevade Subramanyam and Prashanth in yesterday released Pelli Choopulu.

"After doing Rishi in Yevade Subramanyam, people connected well with my emotions. It was time I was looking for strong role to take an exit from Rishi mould. It took almost one year and my journey with director Tharun Bhascker on Pelli Choopulu finally paid off. We faced many challenges and faced them as a team to bring this beautiful output," a relaxed Vijay said speaking top Greatandhra.com from Italy shooting for new film Arjun Reddy.

Yevade Subramanyam was a decent hit and won critics applause. This movie made Vijay, a recognizable artist in domestic and overseas Telugu film circuit. Now, he is Prashanth in Pelli Choopulu which is again winning the hearts.

"Lot of people approached me with various scripts after Yevade Subramanyam. I was connected so well with director Tharun Bhascker and joined his team.

"We had a good script with realistic treatment and our trust is today paid off. My team members are so young and enthusiastic in the age group of 25 to 27.

"Producers Suresh Babu, Raj Kandukuri and Yash Rangineni offered complete creative freedom as they kept the trust. Unfortunately, I am not in Hyderabad now to enjoy the success," Vijay further said.

His upcoming films Dwaraka and Arjun Reddy are also said to be different and innovative.

"I am pushing my limits further up by working on Arjun Reddy and Dwaraka from Supergood Movies has big names like Prakash Raj, writer Lakshmi Bhupal, cameraman Shyam K Naidu attached," Vijay informed.

Definitely, this guy looks like a bright, promising talent ready to do big as he is identifiable with present day youth.
