Producer of Rajinikanth-Shankar’s most anticipated film 2.0 made if official that the film’s release has been pushed from Diwali 2017 to Republic Day weekend 2018.
Jan 25, 2018 is the new release date for the sequel of Robo. This is a bit disappointing for Superstar and Shankar fans that are waiting for the movie with bated breath.
Producer stated that the film’s VFX work is taking more time than expected and hence they have decided to push the release date to Jan 25.
With 2.0 moving out of Diwali race, other biggies from Telugu and Tamil can now eye on this date.
Akshay Kumar is playing the villain and Amy Jackson is the female lead in this science fiction thriller. 2.0 will have pan India release in multiple languages on the said date.
