Lok Satta Party organized it's first meeting overseas in Edison, New Jersey, United States on 6 th July 2008. Mr Srinivasa Rao Katari, Vice President, Loksatta, Mrs Lakshmi Datla, Gen.Secretary, Loksatta and Mr Rohit Parasa, Treasurer, Loksatta graced the occassion and spoke about the party and it's principles. After the meeting there was a fund raising dinner for the party and the Edison wing raised 75,000 Rupees. The speakers thanked the Edison team for raising funds given the fact that the meeting's location n information was given at a short notice.
