Hyderabad’s rise as India’s top Global Capability Centre (GCC) destination continues, with beauty giant L’Oréal now preparing to establish its own GCC in the city.
The move adds yet another global powerhouse to Hyderabad’s fast-expanding tech and innovation ecosystem.
L’Oréal’s new centre will support global operations across technology, data analytics, digital transformation, supply chain, and shared services; a major boost to the company’s ambition of becoming a full-fledged “Beauty Tech” leader.
The GCC is also expected to create high-value jobs in AI-driven beauty solutions, e-commerce, and consumer insights.
Hyderabad has been on a record-breaking run. In 2025 alone, the city has added more than 70 GCCs, including over 30 Fortune 500 names such as Netflix, Eli Lilly, Costco and McDonald’s.
This surge reflects Hyderabad’s appeal as a global hub offering deep talent, strong infrastructure, and a stable, pro-business ecosystem.
With L’Oréal joining the list of global entrants, Hyderabad further strengthens its position as the world’s fastest-growing GCC destination; a city where multinational companies are no longer just outsourcing work, but building their global innovation backbone.
