Hyderabad Real Estate: Ambani Competing With Trump

US President Donald Trump’s real estate brand is setting its sights on Hyderabad as part of a major expansion in India.

Having already established Trump Towers in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata, the company is now moving towards South India with a planned investment of ₹6,000 crore.

A new project is in the pipeline at Kokapet, Hyderabad, in collaboration with Ira Realty.

Narsi Reddy, MD of Ira Realty, told media that permissions for the project have been applied for and are expected within two weeks.

The proposed Trump Towers will reportedly be the tallest in the city, surpassing the existing 51-floor towers in Kokapet.

Meanwhile, industrialist Mukesh Ambani is also exploring opportunities in Hyderabad’s real estate sector.

After launching a large-scale project in Gurgaon, he is now scouting for a land bank in Hyderabad.

Sources suggest that if plans proceed smoothly, “Ambani Towers” may soon rise, potentially competing with Trump’s venture.

Hyderabad appears poised to become a luxury real estate hub, attracting High Net-Worth Individuals with ultra-premium branded residences.

What unfolds next could redefine the city's skyline.
