BRS targeting 'Andhra Intellectuals' again!

The BRS leadership has once again trained guns on so-called "Andhra intellectuals" who are making adverse remarks in mainstream media and social media platforms about the BRS government and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

As videos and comments of these Andhra intellectuals go viral on social media platforms, BRS President and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao has launched an aggressive attack on them in his 'pink media,' namely Namasthe Telangana, Telangana Today, and T-news.

He has also deployed social media warriors to counter the Andhra intellectuals on social media platforms.

Lok Satta founder Jayaprakash Narayan launched a scathing attack on KCR for his recent decisions to merge TSRTC with the state government and extend Hyderabad Metro Rail around the Outer Ring Road.

Jayaprakash termed these decisions by KCR as 'foolish' and 'regressive'.

He suggested that the Hyderabad Metro Rail project around ORR will become a 'white elephant' like the Kaleshwaram project and recommended running more buses on ORR to meet future public transport needs instead of constructing Metro Rail where there is no requirement due to lower population density.

Jayaprakash also predicted that absorbing TSRTC employees into the state government will prove disastrous as employees may not work effectively with job security, leading to the collapse of TSRTC in the long run.

Jayaprakash took a dig at KCR, expressing surprise that a leader of KCR's stature, enjoying immense public support, would make such 'foolish decisions' merely for the sake of a few votes and seats in Assembly polls.

In response, BRS pink media strongly countered Jayaprakash's comments, stating that the 'so-called' and 'self-declared' Andhra intellectuals are attempting to hinder the growth of Hyderabad and Telangana with their illogical arguments.
