Media was the triggering point for MLAs and ministers to fight it out in the Assembly today.
While Jagan alleged that AP CM Chandra Babu was totally obsessed with media, Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu argued that it was Jagan who was crazy about media.
Meanwhile responding to the comments of BJP member Kamineni Srinivas, Jagan said that TDP and BJP were in the drama together. While Babu was complaining about the BJP at Centre for not allocation funds, the BJP MLAs from AP were towing his line, he said.
Countering him, Yanamala said that it was Jagan who was a pro in acting as was obvious when he met Sonia Gandhi, Pranab Mukherjee and even BJP. That’s the reason for his establishing Sakshi said Yanamala.
Responding to these comments, Jagan said that whenever he goes to Delhi, he is accused of landing there with ulterior motives.
He added that if he kept silent, then he was being blamed for inaction. He said that AP leaders must stop making accusations as they are not aware of what transpired between him, Modi and Rajnath Singh.
Meanwhile, YSRCP MLA Rajendranadh Reddy said that instead of creating ruckus within Assembly, it would be best if the members passed a unanimous resolution demanding special status.
He pointed out that apart from the fact that Arun Jaitley hardly made any budgetary allocations in the annual budget for AP which was having deficit budget; AP leaders were also misleading people by making false promises about Centre’s status on special status.
