Another Explosion, Now In Srinagar Police Station

The nation is still gripping in the fear of the Delhi car bomb blast but another shocking news arrived from Srinagar, where a cache of seized explosives detonated inside the Nowgam police station on Friday night.

The materials had been recovered during an investigation that recently uncovered a white-collar terror network involving doctors and that was kept in a police station.

Officials said the explosion occurred while police personnel and a forensic team were inspecting the confiscated explosives.

The blast ripped through the structure, severely damaging the station and impacting nearby buildings, leaving the area strewn with debris and panic.

Injured officers and civilians were rushed to the Indian Army’s 92 Base Hospital and SKIMS for urgent treatment.

Senior police officials quickly reached the site, and the locality has been sealed off as authorities launch a detailed probe into how the devastating blast occurred. Death toll is yet to be known.
