Narsapuram MP K Raghurama Krishnam Raju had been releasing video clips for more than 20 days about his plans to visit Bhimavaram on July 4 to participate in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s programme.
If he wanted to visit, he could have done so by getting clearance from the high court as he did now and getting enhanced security from the Central government.
He had already done these two things as part of his preparations for the visit.
But, what surprises everyone is that he had been making provocative speeches in the videos for the past 20 days targeting chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and others.
He has also been abusing the chief minister only to provoke the ruling YSR Congress activists and Jagan Mohan Reddy’s supporters.
If Raghurama Krishnam Raju has supporters in Bhimavaram, he should understand that the chief minister too would have supporters and he should not provoke them, if he wanted a peaceful visit.
But, going by his speeches in all the video clips for the past 20 days or even more, he was intentionally provoking Jagan Mohan Reddy’s loyalists.
His intention seems to be not just to visit Bhimavaram but to create some tension in the area, and thus create law and order problem by hurling abuses at the chief minister.
The latest videos also prove that his intentions are to create law and order problem in the state and certainly not to visit Bhimavaram town.
Well, with all these abuses he had been hurling at the chief minister, will he be able to visit Bhimavaram and go back safe?
