The name Payyavula Keshav was popularly sounded in political news for quite a long time. But in recent times his name is not at all heard. Why so? What could be the reason?
Keshav is a good speaker. He is the one who stood on behalf of TDP and spoke in his support. But why is he silent now when his party is in dire need of his services?
