Who Is KCR To Stop Water For Seemandhra?

As was anticipated by many, KCR has once again made a controversial statement by saying that only after Telangana gets its water, will the water be allowed to flow into Seemandhra.

Ex CM and Jai Samaikyandhra head honcho Kiran Kumar Reddy strongly reacted to this and did not mince words in condemning KCR for saying that he will stall the work on Polavaram Project.

After questioning KCR’s credibility on deciding water issues, Kiran Kumar Reddy said that Telangana will not be able to store water after bifurcation.

He pointed out that it will lose control over surplus waters resulting in lower riparian areas receiving waters. He said Telangana will become an upper riparian state and most of the projects started by him earlier will not get water due to this.

He also clarified that no one can stall Polavaram Project as it has been declared a national project by the Central government. Already, Rs 4000 crore was spent on the Project, said Kiran.

Similarly, Kiran burst out on KCR’s comment regarding the employees. He severely criticized KCR for saying that employees would have no options.

He said KCR should first thoroughly go through the rules and said that 52,000 employees will be given an option to choose from.

Meanwhile, Kiran will be touring Krishna district starting day after tomorrow. He has already appointed party coordinators for 20 constituencies recently.
