When crackers went off and sweets were distributed at Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad, one could be excused for thinking that the Congress Party had won the elections in Bihar! But as we all know, that is not the case. So why were the T-Congress leaders celebrating then?
They were celebrating the defeat of the BJP in Bihar. So, for the Congress, it has come to this. They are no longer celebrating any victories and probably will not for a long time to come, so they are celebrating the losses of their opponents.
At least it gives them something to do! T-Congress President Uttam Kumar Reddy made a rather bold statement that the Warangal by-poll would similarly sound the death knell for the TRS!
