Power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan is likely to play a key role in the next elections in Andhra Pradesh, provided he plans his programmes in a systematic manner and organises his forces.
This was the opinion expressed by former MP and senior politician Vundavalli Arun Kumar.
In an interaction with a television channel, the outspoken leader said Pawan would definitely be a force to reckon with in the next elections.
“I don’t have any doubt that Pawan will play a key role in the state politics in the coming days. However, it all depends on his will power and commitment to sustain his party and it remains to be seen how far he will succeed in retaining its identity,” he said.
Vundavalli said Pawan has been displaying a lot of restraint and patience required for a politician.
“It is the right quality of a true politician. He has been keeping away from controversies and is concentrating only on his work,” he said.
On the ongoing war between Pawan’s fans and film critic Kathi Mahesh, the former MP said though Kathi Mahesh seemed to have scored a point over Pawan in his criticism to some extent, Pawan had the last laugh as he preferred to maintain silence on the attack from Kathi Mahesh.
“It is always better Pawan keep himself away from reacting to Kathi’s criticism,” Vundavalli said.
