Poor Chandra Babu Naidu, he surely seems to have no value in New Delhi as he has been visiting the capital city frequently.
Apparently, the union ministers in Delhi are getting irritated with his visits. Incidentally, Chandra Babu who was in Delhi on June 27 and went to meet Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati only to be told that she had not come to office that day.
After waiting for half an hour at her office and unable to get her over the phone, a disappointed Chandra Babu Naidu then went to meet Venkaiah Naidu.
But Babu had to face disappointment once again as Venkaiah Naidu is said to have admonished Babu for turning up late for his appointment.
