TRS Leaders Face Ire Of Voters In Warangal!

TRS Leaders Face Ire Of Voters In Warangal!

Though ruling TRS is said to be comfortably placed in the ensuing bypoll for Warangal Lok Sabha seat, the party leaders are facing the wrath of voters during campaigning over the issue of farmers suicides and failure to provide remunerative price to farmers for their produce.

On Friday, a farmer threw a chappal at Deputy CM Kadiam Srihari while he was campaigning for TRS candidate Dayakar in Sayampet village.

The farmer took Srihari to task alleging that the TRS government failed to provide remunerative price to farmers for cotton and other crops.

Though the chappal missed the target, Srihari was shocked at the incident.  However, the police took the farmer into custody and controlled the situation.

On Thursday, TRS MLA Dharma Reddy also came under fire after some students and farmers obstructed him while he was campaigning for the party candidate. They blasted the MLA saying that TRS government failed on all fronts and has no right to seek votes.
