TRS Can Now Win Fifth MLC Seat!

Thanks to the master strategy by Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao, the TRS has now gained enough numbers to win the fifth MLC seat. Now, who is going to lose in the polls – TDP or Congress is an interesting development to watch.

TRS has won 63 MLAs in the general elections. Two each from BSP and YSRCP and five members from TDP and four members from Congress joined TRS making their number 76.

The MIM has already declared that it will extend its support to TRS party. Including nominated MLA, TRS’s strength reached to 85, which is enough to win the fifth seat.

Sources said the Congress party will be in safe zone as its existing MLAs are firm in making their candidate Akula Lalitha win the election. So, the TDP is in trouble.

The TDP has won 15 MLA seats in general elections. With BJP five members support, its strength reached to 20,  but five MLAs shifted their loyalties towards the ruling party.

Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao joined TRS on the very next day of Mahanaadu, giving a shock to TDP. With  BJP support, the TDP has just 15 seats and it needs two more candidates win the election.

The TDP leaders are expecting that some TRS MLAs would cast their vote to TDP MLC candidate Vem Narender Reddy.
