The opposition TDP is leaving no stone unturned to wrest power in the state in the 2024 general elections.
The party chief Chandrababu Naidu is knocking at every door and exploring every possibility to defeat the YSR Congress.
It looks like Chandrababu Naidu is not prepared to take a chance in the 2024 elections as he had pledged to come back to power and hence exploring every option.
One such option is attracting former MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar to speak against Jagan Mohan Reddy and his government.
It is said that the TDP had promised Rajya Sabha seat to Vundavalli in 2026, when four seats from AP would fall vacant.
Perhaps this is the reason why Vundavalli spoke against the welfare programmes of the Jagan Mohan Reddy government in his recent press conferences.
Vundavalli, an economics student, knows pretty well that giving money to the people will keep the economy vibrant as people spend it and the cash flows in the market.
However, against this, Vundavalli in his own style, criticised the government as his comments are taken seriously by a section of people.
This is what Chandrababu Naidu wants. People like Vundavalli should speak against Jagan’s administration and turn the voters against the YSR Congress.
Vundavalli might come before the media more frequently here after and speak against the YSR Congress and Jagan government.
But, the big question is will voters get convinced and defeat Jagan in the election?!
The bigger question is will Naidu give RS ticket to Vundavalli or make him another Varla Ramaiah or Mothkupalli Narasimhulu?
