Suriya Worries Over Singam Losing Appeal

Suriya is said to be deeply disappointed with turn of events that have forced him to postpone his movie "Singam 3".

Generally, his movies with the combination of director Hari are considered as red hot among trade circles and distributors insist on massive release. But the much-hyped "Singam 3" has lost all the hype it created during the shooting process.

First the trailer was not impressive. The Harris Jayaraj's songs didn't go well with both Telugu and Tamil audiences. They have not yet picked up even though the audio albums were released two months ago. But his biggest worry is the way the film has been postponing.

When a movie gets pushed several times even for the genuine reasons it loses all the hype. As "Singam 3" was postponed twice officially for demonetisation first and for Jallikattu second, the trade circles have not showing much interest on the movie.

Suriya who has huge market in Telugu land now needs to do new round of promotional activity afresh for this movie once the new release date is confirmed. But buzz is that he is not at all happy with the way this film's release has been handled by his own team.
