Andhra Pradesh minister for transport and buildings Sidda Raghava Rao is one who loses his temper very easily.
It's common for him to threaten anyone if they talk negative about Andhra Pradesh government or its schemes.
At the recent meeting organized by the minister to review the implementation of crop loan waiver scheme, some officials pointed out that the farmers were upset at the scheme as their loan arrears are yet to be cleared completely.
Hearing this, the minister lost his cool and asked officials to threaten farmers that anyone who talks negative about crop loan waiver scheme would lose the benefit and they have to return the loan amount whatever the government had paid to banks so far.
Those present in the meeting were caught unawares thinking that whether this is the ‘right way’ to make someone talk positive about government.
