YSR Congress party’s Rajya Sabha member V Vijay Sai Reddy is normally a cool and composed man and he speaks every word cautiously even if he wants to make strongest criticism on Telugu Desam Party leaders in general and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu in particular.
But on Tuesday, Sai Reddy lost his cool completely and hurled choicest abuses against the TDP leaders and Naidu. Apparently, he was hurt by the TDP leaders’ comments against him for allegedly touching the feet of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Rajya Sabha.
Referring to Naidu’s persistent criticism against him for meeting the Prime Minister, Sai Reddy said: “if he is born to one father and one mother, Naidu does not talk like that about me. He is the biggest criminal in the country and is leading a pack of criminal gangsters. The TDP is nothing but Telugu Dongala Party.”
Taking exception to Naidu comparing him with fugitive economic offender Vijaya Mallya, the YSRC MP said the TDP chief himself was like Charles Shobharaj.
“I have not taken a single rupee loan from any bank, forget about defaulting. In fact, it is TDP leader Sujana Chowdary who has defaulted crores of rupees to banks. Such criminals are moving around Naidu. His party MPs and MLAs are minting money through gambling and liquor mafia,” he alleged.
Turning his ire on TDP MP C M Ramesh for alleging that he had touched Modi’s feet, Sai Reddy alleged that Ramesh had made money through illegal smuggling of cheap liquor.
“I will soon expose the illegal deeds of Ramesh and his looting of public money through illegal escalation of project costs,” Sai Reddy threatened.
