Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Tuesday reportedly told the Telangana leaders that the report about the Centre considering three options on Hyderabad was only a media creation.
Leaders of Telangana including political JAC leaders urged the home minister to expedite the process for formation of new state for Telangana region. They also brought to the notice of Shinde about reports that the centre has three options on Hyderabad.
After meeting the home minister, Telangana leaders including political JAC convenor prof Kodandram told presspersons that they were told by Shinde that reports on Hyderabad was only a media creation. He also told them that Bhadrachalam Sub-division would be part of Telangana only as it was part of Khammamm district.
What Shinde forgot was that it was he who had told the media the other day that the Centre was considering two or three options on Telangana.
