Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu has once again proved that he is a rank opportunist in politics. At a time when he was supposed to take a clear stand on the State bifurcation issue, he simply ran away from the scene on Tuesday.
The TDP president was conspicuous by his absence in the State assembly for the second consecutive day when there was a ruckus over the bifurcation issue.
And when the crucial meeting of the Business Advisory Committee took place to decide the schedule for discussion on Telangana bill, too, Naidu kept himself away and sent two of his MLAs – Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu and M Narsimhulu, representing Seemandhra and Telangana regions respectively.
It clearly showed that Naidu shied away from his responsibility and tried to play double games even at this crucial hour.
As expected, Muddu boycotted the BAC meeting demanding that the House passed resolution in favour of united Andhra, while Narsimhulu demanded immediate passage of Telangana bill. And Naidu got exposed nakedly!
