KCR May Rework Fed Front Strategy

Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is going to set the agenda for the party’s role in national politics at the 17th plenary session of the TRS to be held at Kompally on Friday.

A session has been dedicated at the plenary to enable KCR to explain the necessity to bring in qualitative change in national politics.

A resolution would be adopted after the session and KCR is likely to define what kind of role he is going to play in the coming days.

The Chief Minister approved the draft resolutions submitted by the plenary resolutions committee headed by TRS Parliamentary Party leader K Keshava Rao.

Besides the political resolution on strategies for 2019 general elections and role of TRS in national politics, the party will adopt five more resolutions keeping in view the future development of Telangana. Each resolution will also have sub-topics for discussion.

The TRS chief will address the party on achievements of the party since its formation and its role in development of the State which has become a role model for the country.

He will also share his vision for India and the role of TRS in national politics to bring about qualitative change.

Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, who is supervising the arrangements at the plenary, said the TRS rule had been better than many other States ruled by so called experienced political parties.

“We achieved greater heights within a short span of time,” he said, and exuded confidence that the plenary would inject new spirit into the party cadre to work with more vigour ahead of the 2019 elections.
