Hyderabad: YSR Congress party president, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will undertake a four-day campaign for the party candidate for the Warangal by-poll from November 16 to 19.
"Our Party leader will tour all the assembly segments and cover all the major panchyats during his four day electioneering which will give a fillip to our candidate Nalla Suryaprakash," Telangana party president P Srinivas Reddy told reporters here on Friday.
With the ruling TRS going back on its poll promises and taking anti-people stand, Congress which has divided the state and has pushed the state backward have little patronage from the people.
Following the death of YSR by two Chief Ministers between 2009 and 2014 have watered down the welfare schemes of YSR which were benefitting many sections of society.
The BJP-TDP combine did not implement what was announced in the manifesto and have attracted the ire of people.
In the present scenario, YSRCP is confident of winning the Warangal Lok Sabha seat and YS Jagan Mohan Reddy taking up the electioneering, the prospects of our candidate has further improved and we will win the seat hands down, he said.
