Jagan Takes Sheen Out Of Andhra Assembly

The boycott of the YSR Congress party MLAs from Andhra Pradesh state assembly has caused more damage than relief to the ruling Telugu Desam Party.

The winter session which started on Friday has completely lost its charm, as it appeared like a TDP executive meeting, rather than the assembly.

Most of the TDP legislators are learnt to have taken it easy, while others tried to impress party president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu by showering praises on his government and schemes.

Expectedly, the government had to push through its agenda by initiating discussions on its favourite schemes like Pattiseema, which is completely a non-issue now as it was completed last year itself, instead of Polavaram which has turned controversial due to contractors’ issue.

Even the BJP members had no option but to appreciate Naidu on Pattiseema. This has definitely sent a wrong message among the people.

The TDP’s attempt to turn tables on the YSRC members for boycotting the assembly miserably failed, as YSRC president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy could successfully turn the attention of the people with his padayatra.

Since the assembly will only be a one-side affair, the people are more interested in knowing about Jagan’s padayatra.

By staying outside, Jagan and his party MLAs are able to counter Naidu in more effective way!
