New Delhi: Union Ministers are competing with one another in their bid to gain the upper hand on Twitter. And as for Union Minister Venkayya Naidu, he is tweeting on each and everything.
But if you thought that these Ministers were operating theiir twitter handle themselves, then you are seriously mistaken!
Neither do they know how to operate a laptop or what an app is? Then how do they do it? They have been recruiting people specifically for this purpose in their respective departments.
And not just for Twitter but for Instagram too. And who foots the bill for this? We, the people! What's elementary to a school-going kid is rocket science to our esteemed Ministers, the people who lead us into the future.
