Blaming Judges, Does It Not Require Arrests?

Blaming Judges, Does It Not Require Arrests?

The AP High Court ordered the arrest of some YSR Congress social media activists last year for their posts on judges.

Cases were filed against 90 individuals, and more than a dozen were arrested. They were held in jail for over 90 days without being granted bail.

The High Court transferred the case to the CBI, which carried out the arrests and conducted interrogations.

The CBI also attempted to contact NRI Punch Prabhakar and succeeded in having his social media accounts blocked. However, the CBI's attempts to arrest the NRI were unsuccessful, and the case is still active with the CBI.

Today, yellow media and TDP supporters are directly attributing motives to the Telangana High Court judge. They have made corruption allegations against the judge who heard Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail petition.

When such direct allegations are made against the judge by the yellow media and TDP supporters, the big question is: what is the CBI doing?

The CBI has not closed the case of social media posts targeting judges, and it could extend its investigation to include the yellow media and the yellow party.

Why is the CBI silent on these comments against the judges, who are accused of accepting bribes for their judgments?

Is the CBI aware, active, and monitoring the allegations made by the yellow media against the judges?
