ABN Debate On Courts - Is It Not Contempt?

ABN Debate On Courts - Is It Not Contempt?

The ABN news channel conducted its morning debate on Sunday regarding the Telangana High Court's decision on Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail petition.

One of the panelists, former judge Ramakrishna, alleged that the Telangana High Court judge must have received kickbacks in order to direct the CBI not to arrest Avinash Reddy until May 31.

During the live debate, the former judge Ramakrishna directly stated that the judge who issued the direction to the CBI must have received a substantial amount of money.

He repeated his statement against the High Court judge, with news anchor Parvathaneni Venkata Krishna, an active member of the yellow gang, supporting him.

The yellow team blames the judiciary when judgments are in favor of the YSR Congress and praises the same judiciary when it rules against the YSR Congress.

They use statements like "Setback to Jagan" or "A slap on Jagan's face" whenever a court issues an order adverse to the Jagan Mohan Reddy government.

However, when a court ruling favors the YSR Congress, the yellow gang attributes motives and levels allegations against the judge.

Rebel MP K Raghurama Krishnam Raju, who joined the morning debate, also made similar allegations against the Telangana High Court judge regarding the direction given to the CBI on Avinash Reddy's arrest.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju stated that the Telangana High Court order went against the Supreme Court's direction and could potentially result in a contempt case.

It makes one wonder if the yellow gang has any moral standards when it comes to twisting issues in their favor!
