Former Gannavaram MLA Vallabhaneni Vamsi, who has been behind bars for the past three months, appears drastically changed — reportedly due to illness.
Despite his wealth, legal team, and political connections, none of it has helped him secure release. Bail has been repeatedly delayed, and the legal sections filed against him are serious.

Turning to PSR Anjaneyulu, the former Intelligence Chief under the Y S Jagan-led government, he too has landed in the same prison where Vallabhaneni is lodged.
Interestingly, the two share a history of friction — PSR had earlier taken on Vamsi while serving as Vijayawada’s City Commissioner. Ironically, Vamsi later joined the YSRCP, and PSR served in the party's government.
