A sensational video of Vundavalli Arun Kumar is circulating on social media, containing some significant revelations.
It is claimed that Ramoji Rao, who is considered one of the most influential individuals in the country, was held in lockup for four days during the early days of his reign.
Vundavalli asserts that he learned about this incident belatedly, stating that the Abids police had detained Ramoji due to the unauthorized operation of chit funds before the regulatory approval was obtained.
Vundavalli mentioned that he was informed about this matter by one Mr Prasad, but further details would be provided to him soon.
In the video, Vundavalli mentions that someone named Apparao has knowledge of this incident. However, it remains unclear whether he is referring to Dolphin Apparao, who is known to be a friend of Ramoji.
Vundavalli says that knowing about his fight with Ramoji, many are sending him various emails and WhatsApp messages regarding Ramoji.
Vundavalli claims that many of these messages contain allegations such as unauthorized acquisition of endowment lands. However, he believes that focusing on these peripheral issues would divert attention from the main concern of the Margadarsi chit funds.
It is worth noting that an article about the unauthorized Chit Funds business was written by ABK Prasad, a prominent journalist, in his early days of journalistic career, which led to the arrest of Ramoji Rao.
Vundavalli refers to this incident and states that the Margadarsi was registered only after this arrest and Eenadu was established only after that particular incident occurred.
