Putting an end to speculations that her daughter will follow in her footsteps, actress-politician Roja stated that the reports are false.
Roja spoke to the media today after praying at Tirupati temple and performing a pooja on her birthday.
When asked about her daughter's and son's plans to enter the film industry, she stated that her daughter has no such plans.
"My daughter is studying abroad. She aspires to be a scientist," she stated.
She also said that she would be overjoyed if her children pursue careers in the film industry. But they have other ideas and plans, she explained.
Anshumalika Selvamani, Roja's daughter, is a mini-celebrity on Instagram. She uploads photos on a regular basis.
