Jana Sena Party social media activists are known for trolling the ruling YSR Congress party leaders and making aggressive and abusive comments against them, whenever the ruling party leaders attack their leader and power star Pawan Kalyan personally.
Now, the Jana Sena Party chief says he will not respond to any of the personal attacks made by the YSRCP leaders, including chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
He also asked his party’s social media workers not to react to such comments against him from the ruling party.
At a meeting of party functionaries on Saturday, Pawan Kalyan asked them not post anything abuse against the political rivals on social media.
“They should react only on political issues and not personal issues. Even if there are comments from other side on my films, my personal life and my family members, let us not respond. If we respond, our aim may get side-tracked,” he said.
The power star also asked the party leaders not to give interviews to social media or digital media channels.
“There is every possibility of these social media channels distorting our statements,” he said.
Pawan Kalyan also asked the party leaders not to make an issue out of the issues carried by the social media or forward the same to others to make it viral, without confirming the veracity of it.
“Also please don’t post your personal opinions on social media. Please post only the party’s policies on any issue. They should speak only for the party. Let us not get into arguments with others while speaking on the channels and make abusive comments,” he said, adding that the party leaders should make a thorough study of the subject on which they are supposed to speak.
