CBI Steps Up Probe In Viveka Murder Case

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) which recently took up the investigation in the murder of YSRCP leader and former MP Y S Vivekananda Reddy in March last year, has stepped up its probe.

According to the official sources, the CBI authorities have stationed in Kadapa town and started questioning the suspects.

In the next two days, the CBI authorities would grill all the suspects, including YSRC MP from Kadapa Y S Avinash Reddy.

The officials have translated the information gathered by the thee Special Investigation Teams into English for the convenience of the CBI authorities, who have seized all the documents.

Sources said the key suspects would be shifted to Kadapa with the help of Pulivendula police and would be interrogated over a period of next one month.

“Notices would be issued to all the big people on whom Viveka’s daughter Sunitha had suspicion in the murder case,” the police sources said.
