RGV is the director who keeps on showing his eccentricity by saying that he makes movies and it is the choice of the audience whether to watch or not.
He also says that audiences never watch the movies if the makers beg them to watch.
Freshly he released his film Dangerous. A week before the actual release, he started making huge hungama in the form of interviews on various channels.
While some channels approached him for interviews, his office members ran behind some channels to take his interview. RGV himself shot an interview with Ashu Reddy in his style.
The film Dangerous is all about two girls. The posters were sleazy and the promotion was unconventional. In spite of all this nobody bothered about it at least on twitter.
The openings were miserable. There are reviews for at least 4 films that were released this weekend. But nobody bothered about this senior most director's film.
Had he released the film on rental basis on youtube, he would have got some collection. Or else, he might have streamed it on his ATT platform on which he screened his films during the lockdown period.
Nothing added to his image with Dangerous and its promotion other than downsizing himself with interviews that received huge criticism.
