Unni stressed that lifting weights at the gym is a better way to show strength than holding a cigarette.
He explained that a cigarette weighs only about one gram and questioned how such a small thing could represent manliness. In contrast, he pointed out that lifting 50 kg in the gym takes real effort and builds true strength.
He urged fans to choose hard work over harmful habits and reminded them that it takes determination and grit to look fit like Marco.
