1. Karthikeya 2: The film grossed the collection of Rs 105 Cr at the box office and is still going good even after 21 days of release.
The makers claim that the film was made at a budget of around Rs 30 Cr and making a gross of more than three times only at the theaters is quite a big success.
The film proved to be the most profitable venture and kept the head of Tollywood high in the Bollywood circuit. Nikhil Siddharth got the pan Indian identity with this film.
2. Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga: This is a bluntly rejected film by the audience on the first day.
Vaishnav Tej and Ketika Sharma paired up for this film but the majority audience called it outdated and obsolete. Gireeshaya directed the film while BVSN Prasad produced it.
The collections dropped down heavily and the full run of this film was almost stopped by the end of the first weekend itself.
3. Sita Ramam: The film made a collection of Rs 80 Cr gross but still doing good. Freshly the film was released in Hindi version as well.
With the most popular casting the film appealed to the class audience and it pulled many families to theatres after a long time.
Even after the four weeks of run, the film is successfully pulling the attention of audiences and the footfalls are being recorded in theaters in good numbers. This film stood up as one of the biggest hits of this year so far.
4. Cobra: This dubbed film from Kollywood made its presence felt at the Telugu box office. But failed miserably due to its confusing content. Vikram played a dual role in the film.
The story is all about a mathematician genius Mathi who has another identity Cobra who commits intelligent crimes using Maths. Ajay Gnanamuthu directed the film but it didn't work.
5. First Day First Show: This film by the Jathiratnalu team utterly disappointed the audience. The film was rejected by the audience on the first day itself.
KV Anudeep, the director of Jathiratnalu wrote the script while Vamshidhar Goud and Lakshmi Narayana directed together.
The film proved the age old adage too many directors spoil the show. Sanchita Basu who became famous with Tik Tok videos debuted with this film beside Srikanth Reddy.
