Top 5: Good First Weekend For 'Rang De'

Top 5: Good First Weekend For 'Rang De'

1) Rang De: This Nithiin-Keerti Suresh starer in the direction of Venky Atluri has made good collections in the first weekend. Despite mixed talk, the film could pull the audience to theaters as there is no competition.

The casting and the Rom com trailer appealed the audience to step into theaters irrespective of the talk.

It needs to hold the same tempo from today to make a break even. On the other hand, its performance in overseas is not encouraging.

2) Godzilla Kong: This Hollywood product is released only in a few centers made houseful collections in many places. The young audience made it a huge hit in selective centers.

Surprisingly, some middle aged audiences also stepped into theaters to watch it due to their nostalgic childhood connection to the characters King Kong and Godzilla.

3) Aranya: This Rana starer is a big failure at the box office. It has failed to pull the crowds to theaters. The collections are dull to miserable in many centers.

Many say that the film may bring some awards to Rana Daggubati for his performance and nothing to the producers in the form of collections.

The first weekend concluded on bad note for this film. There is no big hope that this will pick up from today.

4) Jathi Ratnalu: This film, surprisingly did good job in the third weekend as well. The collections are good in many centers in the last two days.

Adding to that, the long weekend due to Holi also added some advantage for this film. This Naveen Polishetty film stood as a big hit in 2021 after Uppena.

5) Tellavarithe Guruvaram: This is the disastrous film of this week both content and collections wise. The film failed to pull crowds and even those whoever watched it have shown thumbs down.

The film ended up as a colossal flop and there seems to be no sign of its presence this week.
