The trailer of Rajasekhar's new film 'Shekhar' gives us a direct hint that it is the remake of Malayalam film 'Joseph' starring Joju George.
The trailer starts with telling the story of how a resigned police officer does the duty better than that of those who are in uniform.
The narrative runs in a gripping mode as a suspense thriller. It is yet to be known if any changes were made to the original but the Malayalam version stands out with its captivating narrative.
Dr. Rajashekar, Aathmeeya Rajan, 'George Reddy' fame Muskaan Kubchandhani, Abhinav Gomatam, Kannada Kishore, Sameer, Bharani, Ravi Varma, Shravan Raghavendra and others are the principal cast.
Jeevitha Rajasekhar directed this while the writer's credit is given to Lakshmi Bhupala. The film is set to release on May 20th.
