Rajamouli and his team have realized that they are not in a position to begin the shoot of "RRR" this month at all.
The corona cases are on the rise. The Telangana state is recording about 10,000 cases daily. The night curfew is in place.
Rajamouli has a habit of extending his shoots late in the night and his film requires more than 200 cast and crew members to shoot.
Rajamouli creates visuals spectacle on screen. Grandeur making is his style. So, “RRR” cannot be completed without the presence of a huge crew.
Last year, Rajamouli had tried to complete with a limited production team but he couldn’t continue for more than a week. If the film’s shoot is halted for another two months, its release certainly will be pushed to 2022.
A formal statement will come from Rajamouli later this month. He may have to release a brand new poster on May 20 on the occasion of NTR’s birthday.
"RRR" features NTR and Ram Charan as the freedom warriors. The film has Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, and Alia Bhatt as other principal characters.
