Swapna Cinemas, Anandi Art Creations, and Concept Films have officially announced the release date for their upcoming period sports drama, Champion.
The film, which stars Roshan and introduces Anaswara Rajan in Telugu, is slated for its theatrical release on December 25.
Presented by Zee Studios, the film is set to cash in the Christmas, and New Year holidays.
Roshan is seen coming out of what appears to be an airplane, dressed in a stylish dark overcoat paired with a matching suit and tie. He completes the look with a wide-brimmed hat, giving off a classic, vintage vibe.
Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Pradeep Advaitham, the film has already generated buzz with its intriguing first-look posters and a glimpse.
Roshan who took a break and transformed completely for the movie is set to surprise in a totally different character.
Backed by a strong technical team, Champion features cinematography by R Madhie and music by Mickey J Meyer, promising a high-quality experience.
The shoot of the movie is currently in progress.
