Rajeev Kanakala Justifies NTR's Silence

Former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has been incarcerated at Rajahmundry Central Jail for over a month, awaiting bail.

Junior NTR, his nephew, has not made any statement regarding his uncle Naidu's arrest.

The TDP faction is disappointed with NTR's stance, but the actor's close friend Rajeev Kanakala supported him.

“NTR could have done three to four films in the last four years, but he couldn't due to his commitments to Rajamouli’s “RRR” and the pandemic. He needs to focus on his career and make more films. Currently, he is entirely engrossed in shooting "Devara," which is being produced in two parts. He might have refrained from discussing politics due to his work engagements," remarked Rajeev Kanakala.

Kanakala's response is evidently diplomatic. However, it's widely understood that Junior NTR has no intention of making a positive comment about Naidu. His brother, Kalyan Ram, is also noticeably silent.
